The Small Print
The property will be available from 4 p.m. local time on the day of your arrival, and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on your departure day, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
In the event of you having to cancel your holiday, the following cancellation charges will apply:
A security deposit of £150 is due when balance of payment is made - this will be returned within 7 days following inventory check by property manager.
The person signing the booking contract certifies that he or she is authorized to agree the terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party.
This is a no-smoking property; this is to comply with the terms of our insurance and for the enjoyment of our non-smoking guests. If you or members of your party wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose carefully of cigarette ends etc.
The owner does not accept any responsibility or liability for:
Loss or damage caused by flight delays or cancellation, weather conditions, fire, flood, industrial dispute, or any other event beyond the owner's control.
Loss or theft of personal property.
